Matt Mosher is the Team Lead of The Mosher Team, specializing in waterfront, island, boat access, and cottage country real estate throughout Georgian Bay, Parry Sound, and Northern Muskoka. With over 13 years of experience, he has built his career around helping buyers and sellers navigate one of Ontario's most distinctive waterfront real estate markets.

Originally from just outside of Halifax, Matt was drawn to cottage country early on and made the move to Parry Sound in 2003. Since then, he has built both his life and business in the region, developing a deep understanding of the waterways, islands, shoreline, and waterfront communities that define Georgian Bay real estate. His local knowledge extends beyond the property itself, helping clients understand the ownership, access, and lifestyle considerations that often accompany waterfront and recreational property ownership.
